David Johnson - President / Owner
Experience: David Johnson has been involved in the construction industry at System Builders for over 25 years. He started in 1977 as a Laborer, took over General Superintendent duties in 1984 and became President in 1994, upon the retirement of his father. David has experienced all facets of General Contracting from fieldwork through supervision of fieldwork, estimating, project management, sales and day-to-day operations of a construction company.
Current Commitments: David is currently titled as President of System Builders, his responsibilities include owner oversight of field operations, project management as assigned and client development.

David Boerkircher - Vice President / Owner
Experience: David Boerkircher has been involved with general contracting for over 24 years and more specifically Pre-Engineered Building design and construction for over 20 years. David joined System Builders in 1992 as a Project Manager / Estimator and was promoted to Vice President in 1994, in charge of all estimating and engineering.
Current Commitments: David is a Vice-President and owner at System Builders and his current responsibilities include owner oversight of all estimating and engineering, as well as client development.

David Wright - Vice President / Owner
Experience: David Wright has a 24-year history in the construction industry working at many levels. Experience ranges from industry apprenticeship through Program Management, Development and Ownership. David has been involved mostly in Program / Project Management for the last 12 years and has experience in many different project types including hotels, prisons/ jails, educational facilities, religious facilities and manufacturing.
Current Commitments: David is a Vice President and owner of System Builders and his current responsibilities include day-to-day operations, project management on assigned basis, owner oversight of project management and client development.

Bill Kanke - Project Manager/Estimator
Experience: Bill Kanke has over 16 years experience with pre-engineered steel buildings, 13 of which were at VP Buildings where he was involved in the design & planning stages as an estimator and project manager. He has previous experience with other General Contractos as well. Bill joined System Builders, Inc. in the spring of 2007 as a project manager and estimator.
Bill attended Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City, IA where he received an Associates Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies.
